2019 Highlights

These are my highlights from 2019 that i enjoyed my first highlight was our trip to MOTAT our second one was our zoo trip and my last highlight was the first term in rm 9

Tongan Language week

Today we learnt about Tonga it was so much fun because we also got to learn how to introduce ourselves in Tongan witch was kinda tricky because i aint tongan some people dressed up into there Tongan Ta’ovala it was so cool learning how to speak Tongan Here is a photo of some people from our school wearing there puletaha with there keikei

My Poem

Today afternoon Rm 9 read a poem about winter and spring after we read the poem about winter and spring our teacher Send all of us to right our own poem about Winter and Spring.

CROSS COUNTRY!!

Yesterday we had Cross Country. I felt nervous and scared but I was still proud of myself. When Mrs Faalili called the year 5's to come up I felt confident but my heart was still pumping. I was super scared inside but not outside of my body. When Mrs Fonua told us to go I tried my best to run as fast as possible but I couldn't really feel how fast I ran inside of my body. It was so challenging when I started running down the hill to go around the block. My legs started to get sore but I still tried my best to never give up. When I had done my first lap Mrs Fonua and Mr Sok squirted us students with the water guns. When I did my second lap I ran through the gate and Mrs Fonua and Mr Sok missed me. I was laughing but it was a joke when I was running. When I just about reached the finish line I was surprised because I never knew I would run that fast in my life. I was also proud of myself because I came 1st place for the year 5 girls. When we finished the course it was about to rain so then we went inside of the hall to do some Zumba. It was so much fun because I got to stretch. The End

 

Camp!!!!

On the 23th of August me,Catherine,Faiana,Carlosi,Bullard,Joseph T and Joseph V got selected to go to this fun place called PSYV for short but the longer name is peter snell youth village i enjoyed it there because it had much and heaps of activities like air ravels and much more heres a photo of a person from our school
